SALT LAKE CITY — A number of reviews say BYU is among the main candidates to hitch the Huge 12 when and if the convention chooses to develop.
ESPN claims BYU, together with UCF, Cincinnati and Houston, are the highest contenders to obtain a proposal, including “formal invites may very well be prolonged to those faculties in the course of the faculty soccer season.”
With powerhouses Texas and Oklahoma set to depart the Huge 12, presumably as quickly as subsequent season, the convention is in search of new faculties to outlive.
BYU has performed as unbiased since leaving the Mountain West Convention in 2010. The opposite three faculties are at present members of the American Athletic Confernce and would wish to provide discover and pay an exit charge to hitch the Huge 12.
